Which fuel pump

Hi all, what would be the best fuel pump to use , i will be using it on a 2.0 zetec blacktop with injection using a griffin plenum chamber, hopefully it will be about 160 bhp. cheers .

I would use one of these in-tank jobs with sender, swirl pot etc. all built into one as to me this high-flow to swirl pot, high pressure-low flow to engine seems a bit ungainly!

They were mentioned in PPC a couple of months ago. Sure someone will know some details. If not, I'll find the mag!

I have installed a baffled tank with built in sump rather than having a seperate swirl pot with an external pump from ebay link the tank was expensive compared to a standard one but when you compare costs of two pumps and swirl pots I reckon its bit cheaper overall and better reliability not having two pumps





Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

If I can find the part number I'll post it for the external one 'm using. Very common pump from 90s Audi's and Golfs. The first one I used was 2nd hand and lasted over 5 years before failing. I bought a replacement for £38+VAT.

The first one was still working fine up to 270BHP on my car.
