Setting Fuel Pressure

It's been a while since I fitted my FSE adjustable regulator with gauge but I can't remember how to set it

Is 2 bar at tickover (with vacuum hose removed) about right?

Injection systems normally run at 3 to 3.5 ---- on turbos they generally run about 4 bar.

It's on my Ford V6 so do I set the gauge to 3 bar with the vacuum hose disconnected?

At 2 bar I am getting an erratic AFR at tickover and slightly running out of injector headroom at WOT. Hopefully increasing to 3 bar will sort it out.

Update:

Sorted now

That's not true
It's normally 2.5-3 bar
Turbos run relative pressure, again of 2.5-3 bar but relative to boost.
