redtop c20xe c20let Fast Idle Valve

Anyone know whether the redtop fast idle valve is open or closed when energised?

Don't know if it helps but the later Ecotec one is opened when energised.




Phoned the local ramblers club today, but the bloke who answered just
went on and on.
