Injector Blanking Plug Ideas
I'm looking for ideas on how to blank the injector holes in my GSXR TB's as I will be using the ST170 manifold with the ford fuel
rail/injectors. I don't want a permanent solution as I may want to play around with the different injector positions to experiment with power
etc, so being able to remove the plugs would need to be possible. How have others done this and any ideas welcome.
Cheers
Chris
Now finished! Xflow-Zetec swap with GSXR TB's and Megasquirt.

Why not leave the original Suzuki injectors in place?
That will blank the holes and leave you with the option of using them later.

bolt, washer, o ring would be the obvious one.
The other would be to machine something out of nylon (delron?) or something and then epoxy it in...easy enough to get back out then...

I've not got round to doing this yet, but assumed I'd be able to get some 10mm core plugs to do the job. If not then eBay is full of ally
bar to make your own:
