sounds fine to me - but i've never read the manual or built a megasquirt (yet).
How difficult is the tunning? this is one of my worries.

The injector constants depend on flow rate of your injectors plus many other factors such as squirts per rev etc. Megatune should calculate its own
factors if you put in the known flow rate and other factors. You also need to be reasonably near in you power and tourque inputs to generate the VE
table to start with.
Have you tried datalogging it and then adjusting using the Megalog viewer software? it is easy to use. I got mine running reasonable and have been
tuning it from datalogs recently and it now runs well.

Calculated req_fuel for your engine size and injectors is 9.1. You're better off sticking to that and using the VE table to get it running
right, having an incorrect req_fuel can give you hassle later unless you know what you're doing.
I found I was using more fuel than usual at first as well. I put it down to the fact that I started well on the rich side of cautious, but pretty
quickly you get to the point where you can't smell petrol being squirted out of the exhaust

As Martyn says, stick the calculated fuel rate in there and tune the VE table using the new version of the Megalog Viewer software.
