homemade manifold for zetec
hey
I want to make my own intake manifold for my zetec 1800 Using the original parts, loom ecu throttelbody..
The plan is to make the trotthel facing forward, so it wil fit underneath my bonnet.
i got a idea how to make it, but don't know how to fit the injectors. Must they be fit under a certain angle? and how can i fit them in the
tubes?
so where can i find information about this?
or can someone help me
cheers

Look here
the picture i posted is of a dutch fella that used the original manifold, cut it up and used a carbon exhaust tube as plenum chamber.
This is something I'm gonna try too, but using the plastic original manifold of the mondeo.

I made my own from some exhaust pipe and some steel. It worked great.
Btw: it is for sale
