Bits and bobs website required
I'm looking for a site that'll sell me hose barbs with a 10 or 8mm compression fitting. I've searched google etc and just getting
confused and hacked of with not finding what I'm looking for.
Basically I've got two 10mm/ steel lines running down the tunnel and I want to fix hoses to them and onto the pump/filter. like wise at the
other end I want to fix hoses from the pipe to the gsxr bodies inlet and pressure regulator nipples.
I like the idea of JIC fuel fittings as I think they look good and engineering wise very asthetic but what size to go for?? It all gets a bit
confusing as I can't make out what's required.
I'm off to try and fathom it out in the demon theives catalogue but if any one can help meantime then thanks in advance.

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

Snap
I'm currently getting confused with hose fittings and thread pitches for my LPG conversion (which arrived this week incidentally). My area of
difficulty is the aforementioned hose barbs.
Will be interestd in your findings.

My tiny little problem is solved - thanks to reading this thread and getting my nomenclature correct.
Instead of ftting my vacuum take-off into the inlet manifold, I can use a barbed tee into an existing vacuum pipe. Job done.
All my other stuff is fine.
Thanks for your help - again.

I have the advantage of living close enough to Think Auto that I can pop in and say 'I need to connect this to this, please help' and they
generally do. Give them a ring though and i'm sure they'll be able to work it out
