2.0L Zetec ITB's

I've bought a set of R1 ITB's for my Zetec, I intend on running Megasquirt v3.0 for fuel and spark control.

My question is this, will the ITB's and injectors from a 1000cc motorcycle be enough to run my 2.0L engine?

Yes. Have run mine on 750 GSXR ITBs and injectors quite happily for 2 years.
