Throttle bodies linkage
Could someone tell me (or even show me a picture) how the throttle linkage line up on R1 throttle bodies.
Or other TBs as they are probably similar.
I took them apart without looking at how they fitted together.
It seems that there is a "C" shape on one throttle body, with a spring fitted in the opening, and a "-" on the next body.
However when I line them up it seems to suggest that on opening the throttle the spring will be compressed, while on closing the throttle this is not
the case.
(Hope that makes sense)

There should be a screw on the opposite side of the opening to the spring, so that the mating part fits between the spring and the screw allowing the
position of it to be adjusted relative to the opening.

Paul that seems to make sense, as that is how it wants to line up.
I just wasn't sure as that means that the spring will compress a little before the next body opens its throttle.
(I must learn to take my time when taking things apart.)
