AFR meter

I've set my car up using a wideband sensor and mega log viewer, but I fancy making a LED AFR meter.
I've done a search but can't find the info I thought I saw on this. site how to make one. Can any one help?
And could one be made to show the actual AFR readings and not just lean ok rich?

If you can set the output scaling of your wideband controller to give 0.1v = 1.0 AFR (i.e. 14.7:1 = 1.47v), you can use a cheap LCD or LED voltmeter module e.g. one of these.

I used one of the cheap panel LED voltmeters and took the 5v power source from the JAW regulator, seems to work well but hard to see in sunlight.
