Banjo Fittings
I have a K-jetronic fuel injection system, but i need some no standard ( the car is was originally on ) fuel pipes to join verious parts of the
system.......
the question is do i use the cheaper sandard banjo unions from simpson suppliesupplies
https://www.simpsonsupplies.co.uk/DIESEL_FUEL_PARTS/FUEL___PIPE_FITTINGS_AND_ACCESSORIES/EYE_UNIONS_FOR_PLASTIC_RUBBER_PIPES_ETC_VARIOUS_SIZES_2584.ht
ml
or user the more expensive ally connectors from rally design..
also if i did use the the cheper unit.. would the jubalee type clips be able to withstand the pressure ... normally around 4.7 to 5.5 bar
Cheers

Cheaper standard fittings should suffice, but as a matter of practise, you should use proper fuel hose clips on the fuel system, not jubille type
clips.
And...welcome to the forum BTW

What Nick says, and emphasise the bit about jubilee clips
When I went to Audi for original turbo oil and water feeds (bits of pipe and a few banjos), their parts bloke asked if I wanted to sit down first
Nearly £400 Made them all myself for about £25
