CBR 600 carbs
I know F-X/Y models have a TPS but does anyone know if earlier versions such as F-T have them fitted?

According to the ebay seller, ours are "1995-98 FS-FW" and there was no TPS or provision for one.
Apart from that, sorry, can't help 
You've probably got it, but the workshop manual for the carbs is here.
