quick MS question
just went to start my engine for the first time since putting it away for the winter and it won't tick over, it fires up turns over for a few
seconds and then cuts out. im pretty sure that the warm up enrichments are ok, but i can recall that this event means that there isn't enough
fuel getting to the engine (running too lean) can anyone confirm?

How long is a few seconds, is this always the same ?
MS will prime the fuel pump but needs to see the engine running to keep pumping fuel, does the LED flicker.

yeah the cranking is fine and the engine picks up the engine then ticks over at about 800rpm and then dies, runs for maybe 5-6 seconds. i think that
the ASE's might need increasing by 20-30% just to inject that little extra fuel.

Okay before it should not have changed except that its very cold, have you set up the sensors correctly with ice and boling water using megatherm?

Has it ever started when it's been quite this cold outside?
I'd whop up the ASE and the lowest warmup enrichments until it goes.
