Fuel Pressure
Just fitted a guage to my Jenvey/Zetec set-up to find I'm running almost 5Bar fuel pressure. I've turned this down to 3Bar...
What do we think it should be ?

2.5bar (36 PSI) to 3 bar (44 PSI) is indeed pretty normal
5 bar is way too much!!

Bike throttle bodies run about 43-44 psi.
not sure about your jenvey's tho, shouldn't there be a recommended fuel pressure to complement the injector flow rate in the throttle
bodies!

3 bar is normal , but now you have reduced it wont you need to re map the ECU? or else it may run lean you will at least need to correct the required
fuel figure.
