Windows 7

Is Widows7 better served by Norton or is it better using the AVGs or Avasts which are available.

Also Firefox runs fine but cannot get Thunderbird to Run any ideas.

This stuff is on the Missus new Compaq laptop

Ideas opinions please

Regards

Aero

Latest versions of Norton aren't (IMHO) that bad.

Picked up a 3 User version of 2010 last w/e in CostCo for c. £15 ....

If you're with Barclays or know anybody with Barclays you can get a 3 user licence for Kaspersky through their online banking. It only advertises as 2009 but you can use it with 2010 which is for Windows 7
