fuel rail exit goes in the back (so fuel inlet), fuel return is the bottom (back to tank), top outlet is vaccuum pipe to manifold. you adjust the fuel
pressure by undoing the nut at the top (or doing it up)

Can i ask what engine / carbs is it going on ?
if bike carbs all you need is a bike pump no regulators

Is it a rising rate regulator? Do you mind me asking how much you paid?

its on throttle body'ed zetec, twin fuel rail 8 injector set up, was proposing to use the standard pressure regulator, but done a flow test and
didnt get enough flow at the GSXR750 injectors 225cc/min @2.6bar for hoped power, so need to increase fuel pressure to 3 bar

As ^^, why 8? Will it be a 4 constant and 4 supplementary or will it be 8 constant?

expected someone might ask why 8 and why dont i just make do with 4 as every one else generally does. im going down the Emerald ECU route which does
twin fuel rail configerations, so wanting the best of both worlds (as always) im having the standard 2litre 225cc injectors firing upto say 5000rpm
than GSXR750 300cc ones taking over from there. having it maped by Emerald so will be interesting to see what if any better spread of power there is.
By the way the engine is for trackdays in a Fiesta not hoping for massive power be happy with 175-180bhp

its basis adjustable fuel pressure regulator with vacuum idle pressure set back, not sure if thats rising rate or not. new in a box cost me £5.50+£10
P&P. think they about £25-£28 on ebay.

Cool, sounds interesting, let us know how you get on with it! I've heard that the smaller the injectos the better so 8 relatively small
injectors should be better than 4 larger injectors. Good luck.

Dont want to sound negative but it sounds a bit over complicated. I'm running a 2.0l zetec on gsxr tb's with blackbird injectors and
megasquirt. Its 220 bhp and I think the injectors are nowhere near their max flow yet.
Hope it goes well.

Staged injection isn't complicated really (MS and Emerald can handle it routinely). With zetec and gsxr TBI's it is almost easier to fill
the "spare" injector ports with injectors than to find a different solution.
You should get mixture homogenisation from the outer injectors. I like it.
Will where are you with trumpet lengths? I see you have stock gsxr750 ones (i.e. 2 long, 2 short).
