pipe elbows to make a manifold, possibly steam pipe
Does anybody know where i could get hold of some elbows & pipes to make a manifold?
Ideally 35mm i.d.
I have heard 'steam pipe' which is nice & thick is perfect for manifolds anybody had any experience with this?
Cheers

What kind of manifold? inlet, exhaust, turbo?
"nice and thick" is not normally a positive description when building a lightweight sportscar

Stainless is easy to weld too. I used normal mild steel mig wire 'cos stainless wire was too stiff for my welder and the weld pool picked up
enough additives from the stainless pipes to remain rust free for 2 years now.
Runs red hot so it should easily be strong enough for a turbo manifold.
You'd be surprised how quickly the sales people at B&Q try and assist you after ignoring you for the past 15 minutes when you try and start a

What turbo are you going to use. If its a TD04 i have a spare turbo flange going in 316 st/st.
