They look like an Aussy Maplins
The ecu/box of bits looks a lot more basic than a megajolt and does not have enough info on how to fit and set up
However it is cheap
I eat to survive
I drink to forget
I breath to pi55 my ex wife off (and now my ex partner)

The design is not Jaycars, it was published in the Australian "Silicon chip" magazine some years ago. I have the PDF's of the
article somewhere. It's a fairly basic unit, but provides either two 11x11 maps or a single 15x15 map, but I don't think it does any
interpolation.
