R6 TB's & Morgan Carbtune II

Ok, I am trying to balance my R6 TB's fitted to my Zetec. There are 2 weee brass tubes underneath each TB which are simply looped together with vac hose (there's pics in my archive under TB's cunningly).
Which if these do I use to conect up to the Morgan Carbtune to balance the little buggers and is looping them together OK?? What does each of them do? Final question, there's a brass adjuster screw next to them.......what does this little chap adjust?
Probably best if I get a Haynes Manual but thought I'd ask first as others have used these before.
Thanks,
Matt

Hi Warren,
They are actually looped now....look at "TB Drawing 1" in my archive......the Red loops show how they are now joined up.
Runs much better when I disconnected them today......hence the questions.
Cheers,
Matt
