Sierra Diff 7" & 7.5"
Sorry if this is a stupid question. Whats the difference between a Sierra 7" & a 7.5" diff.
I know about 1/2"

Hi,basicaly its the crownwheel size but you can also tell by measuring the width of the top mount as this roughly corresponds with the size too

Sorry to hijack but, one little question.
Can both the 7" and the 7.5" come with bolt on shafts or is it just the 7.5"?

7" can have bolt on shafts, I've got one It's the lsd from an Xr4, not sure about others.

Hi,
A friendly man at the local ford dealer let me use his microfiche machine and I've managed to get all the part numbers, FINIS numbers, exploded
diagrams etc for Sierra, Granada and Scorpios. I'm putting together everything I've found at
