Bike carbs

Just wondering I have a set of gsxr 600 carbs which I was going to fit to a 1.6 pinto but now a change of plans.Would these carbs be suitable for a 2.0l blacktop,if not could someone recomend a set which could be made fit easly.Thanks Aidan

should be fine yeah. will need re-jetting though, and i think 600cc bike carbs are sort of the bottom end of what to use on a 2 litre engine, R1, fireblade or zx9r carbs are the most common i'd say

What size are they? I use ZX6 carbs on my 2.0 Zetec and they are about 38mm [r1 carbs are 40mm].

By comparison Webber 40s usually have a venturi size of 32mm.
