there are many types of sikaflex out there so which type is it that i need to use on my wings and panels

291 or 221 will do the job just fine

Any PU sealer will do it were i work we have found
Tiger sealer or
Texflex are just as good but cheaper

Sikaflex is really a range of adhesives in itself - different grades for very specific tasks in mind.
For the sort of work we want from an adhesive there are loads of generic brands for a fraction of the cost but equally suited to the task.
I used Tigerseal which is plenty strong enough

always clean the area and score for best adhesion. It sticks like shxt to a blanket oh and have some whithe spirit around for cleaning purposes
