2.0 zetec inlet plenam and sandwich plate for use with standard injection
Evening all,
Just an update for those interested in my budget zetec build. Got the inlet plenam today along with the sandwich plate which is made from the original
plastic inlet manifold.
Here is the inlet plenan, and Im told its got equal length tubes, each with a trumpet top!!!
This pic isn't brill but it shows the trumpets inside.
Here is the sandwich plate going on,
And onother angle,
And here is the inlet plenam attached. It clears the side panel and bonnet well, although the pics dont show that too well.
And here with the original throttle body in place.
Im well pleased with it, all fits nice and as it should. Although if I had the choice I would not have it powder coated, instead I would paint myself.
Suppose I could do this, but thats for another day. Anyway, onwards and upwards...

No mate, bog standard mondeo injection, mondeo ecu, a true locost set up (except the plenham!!)
Hopefully start on the engine wiring at the weekend, should be fairly straight forward (said tongue in cheek)
