red led on megasquirt ecu?

Morning all,

Hope everyone is well?

I had the bonnet off the car yesterday while the engine was running and I noticed the middle red led was lit up on the ecu.

Does anyone know if this is to indicate power to the unit or if its a problem inside the ecu?

Cheers,

Chris

MS doesn't normally have a 'power' LED. If your car had only started recently, it could be indicating that after start enrichment was on.

Middle is usually 'warm up', so it will start on and go off. But it can be re-programmed, so that's not always the case.

Ah right ok, I had only just started the car, so maybe thats why I'd never noticed it before.

Thanks Chris,

Chris
