Wheel/Tyre problem...
I bought some Ford fitment 13x7 Revolites (revolution copies) last week, I've tried to get my 205/60-13 Toyo R888 fitted at three different
places, no one can get the tyres on the rim, beause the well in the wheel is in the centre rather than being towards one side.
Anyone had this problem or got any suggestions?

Find someone that knows what they are doing, the fitter just needs to get his mates around with some lumps of wood to press the tyre down inside the
well when they fit.
Try a 4x4 garage, they will be a bit more brutal !!!

All 3 (different places) seemed to think that if they forced the tyre it would tear the bead, and when one showed me I am inclined to agree.

I don't know if it has already been tried and I'm not familiar with those rims, but when I was a tyre fitter, we had some fords come in
with upside-down rims.
Might be worth a thought

Got them done where we take our van. They used their new machine, it had two rollers to squash the tyre as well as the bit that does the bead.
Still took some doing though.
Cars on all four wheels now, so I'm happy!
