Fuel swirl pot ??!
Hey guys, i've done a few searches on here without a defiinitive answer, so hopefully you can help!
I'm building an MK running a Gen II hayabusa, with the fuel pump mounted in the base of the fuel tank.
My question is - do i need to run a fuel swirl pot? I was advised i'd need to but i can't see the reason why?
Anyone else have this setup? Fuel starvation an issue on track?
Cheers for the help.

Depends whether the pump is into a sump on the bottom of the tank or not (some in-tank pumps have their own sump built in but don't know about
the BUSA one).
If it is and there's a decent lip around the top of the sump you'll be fine. If it's a flat bottom tank then you'll have
problems with fuel surge starving the pump. In that case switch to a swirl tank set-up or have the tank altered; I'd go with the later as the
final system will be a lot simpler (so less to go or get wrong).
