I have no doubt of his ability, and yes his videos do still impress me! But it must help having a specially built car fit for the purpose!

I would like to see him try this in a bog standard fiesta

From what I can find it looks like the car is originally based on the M-tech WRC platform which is made by Malcom Wilson's Company In Cumbria. But then it looks like its been heavily modded again.

Ken Block's Fiesta

Some people can never handle the truth and always try to shoot the messenger instead of taking an honest look in the mirror (its always easier to blame another than to face reality), but secretly they wish they could grow a pair and be the messenger !!!

Love it! Staged, purpose built car? who cares?

it's great to watch which is much down to the filming and production as the actual driving.

some of the slo-mo bits really show how hard the car is working (or being worked).

ETA...

Just watched it again and love it. The sideways jump @ 5 mins is probably the highlight. I'm sure there must be some out take footage where it goes wrong, but the overall package is great. Fantastic marketing for DC Shoes, Ford, Go Pro etc.

Great vid well produced and driven , just a shame he can't apply the same skills to driving his WRC car, or are the other drivers just better?
