YB cosworth stuff uses 12mm fuel hose, but the filters accept a screw in union.
I suspect otherwise it is a case of sytec and the other aftermarket ones, usually available off fleabay.

I got one off ebay it has screw-in fittings I used it as a reducer 12mm from tank 10mm to pump, the guy who sold it even put the fittings i needed on it.

Here 12MM 15MM SYTEC MOTORSPORT BOSCH FUEL INJECTION PUMP PRE FILTER 044 COSWORTH HI#

Or here SYTEC FUEL FILTER FOR FORD ESCORT RS TURBO COSWORTH CAPRI SIERRA XR2i MLR.HH put your own fittings on.

Yes I'd found these but wondered if there was a cheaper oem alternative. The Freelander /mgf/elise filter looks fine but the m14 thread is not easy to find 12mm barb adapters for

ESR4065 XJS / XKR / Rand rover Disco 1 / fuel filter m16 x 1.5 ends, plus Brass 12mm Compressor hose tails to suit . £10.24 . Filter itself only £3.59 so pretty cheap service item .
