Hi,
I've got a 3.92:1, 7.5" open Granada (I think) diff which I was using until recently when I bought a 3.36:1 diff from a fellow LB forum member. The only snag is that I swapped over the output flanges from my new diff as it had 108mm flanges and my old diff and driveshafts are 100mm. So the diff I'm selling now has the 108mm shafts.

Some pics of the diff on my website here: http://www.meerkats.uk.com/meerkat-rv8-build/2006/3/24/back-in-action

The diff drove fine but I only did about 1400 miles with the car and it's difficult to be sure that it's 100% with all the other noises and vibrations in a Locost. The new diff seems much the same so I think they're both good. When changing over output shafts I got a look inside and it looked good to me. Oil was clean with hardly any metal filings on the magnetic drain plug and teeth looked unworn to me. There is very little free movement when turning by hand. If you are able to source stub shafts for it then it might be of interest. The shafts are easy to swap over although I would recommend new oil seals as a precaution.

When I bought my new diff, I got it transported very cheaply by courier. I think it was about £18 on a next day or 48 hour service. I'll look out the details for you.

Let me know if this is of interest. I'd be looking for around £60 assuming you take care of delivery. FYI, I paid £75 for the new one just to get the slightly better ratio for my lazy V8.

Cheers,
Craig.

Thanks chaps for taking the time to reply.

Have just found a 7.5" open diff under the bench which I forgot I had, trouble is it has 108mm flanges.

Still looking for 100mm (7.5" open-diff) flanges and/or a diff 7.5"x100mm open or lsd.

I will put a vernier across the flanges on the 7.5 and see what it says.
