Zx14 Throtlle Bodies

Hi All,

I'm thinking about fitting some zx14 throttle bodies to my engine so wanted to see if anyone on here has any that they could measure for me? I've been told they are the same spacing as my zx9c carbs, but want to check before forking out of some!

Thanks in advance

Olly

I have some! The spacing is not even, it's about 77mm between 1&2 and 3&3 and about 87mm between 2&3.

1&2 and 2&3 are cast as an integral assembly (like a DCOE) so you could only change the spacing between 2&3.

Thanks, that's great and just right for my engine.

Could you also tell me the internal diameter?

Thanks again,

Olly

It's pretty much 44mm where the butterfly is, and tapers out to 44.5mm where it attaches to the cylinder head.

I'm probably going to put these up for sale if you are interested, but they are missing the secondary butterflies (the shaft and motor are present though). I bought them from the USA as they seem to be going for big money in the UK, but got stung by customs so it didn't make much difference in the end
