Duratec standard injectors voltage correction table
I am trying to locate accurate deadtime/voltage offset for standard Duratec EV6 injectors (0280156154), any pointers?
I have been able to find the information for the second set I am running 0280156127:

somewhere between 0.8 and 1ms will be about right. tweak it at idle and it will run smoother when you get near
if you want it spot on have a go at this.

Normally, the deadtime for that series of injector will be the same or very close (0280156###) so what you have will be fine for both sets of
injectors.
Are you using megasquirt? If so the way you wire your ECU in relation to your injectors and your general charging systems health effects the injector
opening time - if you have your corrections slightly out its not an issue assuming your battery voltage is as stable as possible.
Dedicated power supply using decent cable to your engine management is important, good grounding is very important.
For example we have seen several cars with 2.5mm alternator cable, you can get away with light cable on a locost type car as the electrical load is
light, but bigger is better, it's voltage drop that's important.

Thanks chaps.
I am using VEMS, it allows me to enter a value at 8v,10v, 12v, 14v and 16v.
The angle of the slope is the most important item to me, if the figures above are out slightly due to other factors as least I have a very strong
starting point as I haven't found a way to run the car on a selected voltage which would be my preferred way of setting i.e. set lambda at 1.00
at 14v, raise voltage to 16v, if running lean I'd increase the opening time until lambda of 1.00 is reached again and then do the same at 12v,
10, and 8v.
Charging system is pretty spot on, new 60amp denso, 16mm2 cables to alternator and battery, double earth from battery to engine and chassis etc...
