Finishing an inlet manifold.
My injection inlet for the Jaguar is ready for final finishing, but I wondering what's the most durable:
Bead blast - etch prime - engine enamel
Powder coating
I'm a bit worried about powder coating and the gasket faces, I would have 'open' edges which could peel..
I'm interested to hear people's experience.
Cheers.
Pete.

I had one blasted and powder coated. As long as its blasted to give a good key it shouldn't peel.
More hassle checking there was no blast media left behind.

Crackle paint. Black looks smart.
