Westfield/Ford bits for sale
I've just bought a job lot of Westfield bits to upgrade my Locost and the following are surplus so are up for sale:
1/.1 pair Genuine Westfield Standard bottom wishbones stamped Westfield and have the following model id stamped on (see photos) 6217 and 6233Race. The
6217 is in vgc but the 6233 Race one has some knarring to the underside where it appears some numpty has used a jack. Both are powder coated, but
could do with a bit of tlc. They are complete with Nylon bushes with steel inserts which appear to be pretty new.
These with Nylon bushes are over £260 +vat and post a pair new from Westfield I'm looking for a measly £110 for the pair (and they have free new
bottom swivel joins fitted)+ shipping at cost or you can collect from Bradford West Yorkshire.
2/. 1 pair Genuine Westfield Standard top wishbones stamped Westfield. Again in VGC usable condition but some rust so could do with re-powder coating.
They have standard metalastic bushes. These are over £240 + vat and postage for a pair from Westfield. Happy to take £100 for the pair + shipping at
cost.
3/. 1 Pair cortina uprights/discs and calipers in reasonable condition. These came of my Locost and worked perfectly last time I used the car in 2010,
but have been dry stored since. I'm not sure of value but guess they've got to be worth around £80 the pair plus shipping at cost.
4/. 1 full set of Spax coilovers complete with springs. These appear to have had little if any road use but have paint knocked off and rusted a little
in storage. The adjusters show no signs of ever having screwdriver in them and the spring pan threads only have minor surface rust from storage. I
don't know what the spring rates are but they are 1.9 ". Overall lengths are 12.5" eye to eye and 14" eye to eye. They have
7/16" bore metalastic bushes fitted. Looking for £200 for the set + shipping at cost - or you could collect.
5/. Brand new/unused Ford gearbox mount. £12 + shipping at cost
6/. Brand new QH/Ford Escort Mark 2(I think?!!) engine mounts - still bagged. £20 the pair + shipping at cost.
