Bike Tb's on a car engine are not the "best" due to the way the Butterflies open. Very on/off.
They can be made to work and are popular because they are a budget option for those that can do the fabrication.
If your paying for the fabrication then the cost will very quickly approach a second hand set of Jenveys that do pop up from time to time.
You will then need to get it mapped. The cost of this should not be underestimated. The choice of ecu will be influenced by who you intend to map it
as some like to work with one brand or another.
To answer your question. Bike Tb's that can be split into individual units to be respaced, have single butterflies and have an Id of around 40mm
for a 2.0 Zetec are what you are looking for.
The Suzuki Gsxr750 Srad fit the bill and are very popular but almost anything from a 600cc+ could be made to work.

Bike TB
Thank you for your reply,I think I am going down the line of bike carbs, nonTb but they all seem to sit very high and my car is a stryker so would want
ones that don't sit above the top of a zetec engine, just like me 40s do.What would be my best option cheers in advance. yours Richard

Dan ( Dansteg ) does a very nice bolt on Bike tb kit for the Zetec £700
eBay Item
This is the guy to get your non diy, diy ecu £420~£520
http://www.extraefi.co.uk/products/MS_All_products.html
Then you need a wiring loom.
This is the bloke to get it mapped.

And by the time you have spent all that you could have bought this
eBay Item
( this may still need some mapping tweaks )
Like your sump post the diy option only makes sense if your doing the Diy.
Just my opinion of coarse.

Bike carbs sit high to try and keep the float bowl level.
Do you need to pass an Iva ?
If yes forget carbs.
If no then Honda Fire blade or Yamaha R1 are my favorites. Make sure you get a set with Tps.
Diy Ecu of choice is the Nodiz as the edis4 for the megajolt is A) hard to get and B) fetches top money when they do pop up.
Again great when a Mjl kit from the states and a edis4 was around £50 and the carbs where less than that but not any more.
