DTA S40 PRO
Quick Question - For a 2 litre blacktop Zetec, is the DTA S40 PRO a good alternative to an OMEX 600? Both feature wise and ease of mapping. Obviously
talking about the fuel and spark ECU and not the ignition only.
Thanks

Would hope someone could provide a base map to get things going, or I could work out the base map myself, then it would be off to Paul Exon who is
about 5 miles from me. When I spoke to his assistant last week he said they mapped MBE and DTA ECU's.

The DTASwin software has a number of base maps included in the download - 3 of which are Zetec's so you should be able to get up and running at
least

If he uses dta then I'd Definately say dta over omex!
I've had both dta s60 and mbe 9a8 ecu's. The mbe was an easier install as they make suzuki gsxr 1000/1300 looms so plug and play really
but the dta has loads of features. The top spec ones can do launch, traction, closed loop flatshifter etc

Paul Exon is good but did not have a rolling road. He did the Base map on my DTA managed Redtop mini. He then recommended me to go to Steve Walford
who has a rolling road anddid a fantastic job.http://www.swmotorsport.tk/
