Black top system
Hi guys,
I have a bare silver top Zetec. There is a black top ecu and all keys etc, would this work on my silver top??

The only difference between black top and silver top is tappets and water pump so any electronics between the two should work

Iirc you also need the right injectors and maf to go with the ecu and also a lambda sensor in the exhaust. I could be wrong though and they are
interchangeable but had problems between swapping 1800 and 2000 silvertop parts before.

Silverton engine sensors don't work with blacktop ecu either, you'll need to change all the electronics over.

Crank, cam temp and as said all the bits on the inlet which you already have...

Sounds good to me. Sensors should be fine to get online.
