which starter I need?
Is there anyone who can tell me exactly which starter I need?
If possible, I would like to install an High Torque starter motor PowerLite?
I mount a Zetec Blacktop 2.0 engine
Hydraulic Pinto clutch with the parts listed below:

For a standard starter, this will place the solenoid correctly and as is a geared type will have more torque than the original lucas/bosch starter.

The powerlite equivalent is rac433 and should be clockable for optimum position because it is quite different in shape to a standard starter.
If you wanted to build the starter yourself, the powerlite is based around a subaru starter motor with a machined adaptor flange, i don't know
the exact model though.

Thank you for your answer.
The RAC433 Powerlite i would like very much.
if I understand correctly,
the flywheel that I have from Retroford to the same diameter as the original Focus flywheel.
what is not clear to me is that the RS2000 Bellhousing has three mounting points for the starter motor,
while the RAC433 at only 2 mounting points,
or am I wrong?

Would you like me to have a look at the price of an RAC433 in the morning. I think I have one on the shelf. Let me know.
Cheers

I've just had the conversation with Powerlite and Cost would be between £210 and £230 including VAT and shipping, depending on exact delivery
address.
Retail price for these starters is recommended to be £207.25 plus VAT and shipping. What I've quoted is cost price.
Cheers
