Ford fuel rail

Hi.
On the ford fuel rail there is a feed pipe and a return.
One marked yellow and one marked Red.
Which is the feed and which is the return?

Which engine?
The return is the connector with the vacuum opperated pressure regulator next to it. The feed is the other one

Cam belt end is feed.
Gearbox end is return.
Didn't know they were colour coded.

I remember that now I chucked my originals out in favour of SS Braided hoses.
I thought you were talking about colour coding on the elbows.
