Bike bodies

Is there any disavartage to fitting GSXR throttle bodies to a zetec before the SVA?
Or would I be better fit fit the ford inlet to get it through the test?

The engine I have is post 95 so will be tested with a cat fitted etc.

No disadvantage - probably the opposite, to be honest - if you're running a custom EFi setup then you're most likely to be able to tune the emissions to pass.
