foam air filter

Hi.
I'm looking to buy a foam air filter to fit on GSXR throttle bodies.
I think I need something like 400mm wide 60 +mm high and 120+ deep.
I can seem to find anything on the internet only single and double filters.
How does this JC 100 etc code work?
