Looks like it's for a specific Honda SOHC engine so likely already drilled for the injectors.

take a look in B&Q - they sell aluminium tube and box section is differening sizes; a bit of lumiweld to block of the ends and attach other
aluminium stuff would work just as well; andf if you really fancy it, try try DIY anodising.

That will have holes for injectors already drilled so no good for you unless the spacing happens to be perfect. Demon Tweeks sell blank fuel rail but
it's not cheap.

Not heard of Lumiweld?
Have also contemplated using copper but cant see how i can fit unions to accept fule in and out of the fail???

ah now that's dead easy, 15mm to 8mm microbore solder ring reducers! available from your local B&Q or screwfix.
