4age wiring

Hi, I've been trying to sort through my 1990 corrola gti loom.
It seems from looking at various diagrams that I won't need the engine main relay, even though it sounds important. Does anyone know if this right or is it needed.
Thanks
Andrew

HA, all i can say is good luck.... ive spent a good while sorting out my loom for my 4age. I used an mr2 loom. There are loads of bits that need to stay and loads that can be got rid of.

if you would wait a few days for me to go home i could try and draw you a up a diagram of my loom.

Are you planning on using the ecu?

You don't need the main relay box, however it's easy to add a 'discount' centre type relay.

There is a modified diagram for a 1990 corolla on my site.

Yes i'm using the ECU
Thanks Rob, I've been following your diagram quite closely, its very useful. Would have taken me much longer without.
I'm almost there now, I'd just been leaving this until I was sure it wasn't needed.
Thanks again, Andrew
