The bike carbs are ideal for the dohc. Youl just need a manifold to suit,. 42mm bodies and tps aswell. perfect.

i would also suggest u have a look at this too.

Itl will go with the bike carbs a treat and has all the stuff needed for the ignition.

The webers are not dcoe's they are downdrafts i.e. they need to sit vertically on a manifold.
saying that, I've never seen 40 downdrafts b4 they were generally all 48's?

Cheers

Alex

They're not 40's side draughts (the one's everyone wants. But they could be the (IDF'S I think) that were fitted to a very few RS 2000's. Like I say I think (someone else will prob know better)

IDA's were the 48s, I don't think they came in anything else. I had IDF on my Alfasud.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Throttle bodies are basically the tubes, in replacement of carbs, with a butterfly flap and the TPS is the throttle position sensor so that the mapping unit can detect it (the TPS)
