That is good news. Now they should lock up the person who took her and throw away the key.

No they shouldn't, they should let the mum loose on him with a pair of pliers and a blowtorch!
That'll learn him

The guy they arrested is 39 so unlikely to be her grandfather. She was certainly in/under a bed when found.

That doesn't happen very often, great that she is alive and well.

Confused but excited.

No they shouldn't. She wouldn't have the patience to drag it out for three weeks!
Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

I'd love to tell you all more working at Dewsbury Magistrates' and being related to Shanon (her mum is my brother-in-laws sister), but
I'm bound by the offficial secrets act.

Well avoneer, even if you can't tell us, I am sure you are very pleased. Please pass on how delighted I (and I am sure the rest of everyone on
here, and the whole country) was to hear the good news!

I actually checked the mums age before posting. At 32 I'd say it was unlikely - not many start at 6/7

they did right releasing the bastards name, In the part of the world I live in, they'd have to put him in protective custody, cause 15minutes
after the police turn their backs he'd be dead.

All a bit odd if you ask me, glad she's been found safe and alive but I have a sneaky feeling that all is not as it may seem.
Re: that area...... I only live about 3 miles away and would agree with Indykid that being a grandparent at 39 would be a late start for that area of
the world.
I also thought the families "celebration" was a little sick to be honest and was rather uncomfortable to watch.
