Havent got any Raz, but crucial are good, have a memory matcher, are reasonable and deliver fast.

Crucial are asking around £50 each which seems a bit steep to me. Funky Giraffe are asking £33 which is a bit better but I wonder if it will be compatable with my ThinkPad T42.

Thinkpad memory can be dodgy as far as interchangability it concerned, especially the T range. I've always used Crucial, they seem to know their stuff, and never had any compatibility problems, £50 does seem a bit steep, is that for a gig?

I have to agree - I used to have my own electronic assembly business in the 80s making Apricot & BBC computers (remember them?) and I know the kind of profit margins involved

*edit* Best price I found was £25 from these guys

so I placed an order.
