Cheapest & Most Expensive Petrol in UK
Just a daft little blog. I'm curious to see what 1 litre of normal unleaded costs around the county.
I have just passed my local Tesco in South Gloucestershire, and its £1.07p per Litre
Cheapest I have found 'locally' is £1.04p per litre
Cheers,
B

How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

This is not a bragging post, so please don't see it as that.
I paid 53.9 today for LPG which is as bad as it gets around here. I suppose it's still half of petrol - ish.

Diesel is 117.9 at some of the A1 stations. 113.0 at my parents local this morning (Kings Lynn).

I paid 118.? just this morning! Diesel.
Filled the tank up and it came to just over £70.
Nice. I drive 200 miles a day to work too so 1000 miles a week is never going to sit well financially!

bets price for diesel 110.9 worst 114.2
Has anyone notice how much it varies not 3 or 4 pence per litre, where before we hit a £1/L it was only 1/2 pence![](/images//smilies/mad.gif)

Rusty,
Was that at the petrol station on the Cranbrook side of Goudhurst or the other side at the bottom of Goudhurst hill?
I'll avoid, if poss.
I have filled the tank in my Espace twice since I've had it and it's cost me £161.5

I agree Rob, its like the government managed to hitch it up over the pound and then had a big sigh as if the toughest part of the battle was over
with, now it seems 2....3..........4 pence per litre is small fry incraments.
It really pisses me off!
There appears to be no widespread resistance to it though, thats whats needed.

And everyone here in the Great South Land is complaining because we're sitting at around $1.50 / litre. I think that's around .7 of your
pounds.

My mate was telling me a guy who rents some space on the farm has just paid £2,700 for 10 days worth of fuel. he runs a grab wagon locally and a few
diesel Kango vans. I dont think he ever goes out of the county. Over £7000 a month just on the fuel

Not really sure as I don't know the area but it was an old style village garage which was on my left as I passed it . Nice part of the
country though.
