Sealing unions on fuel rail... with what?
I have tapped and threaded my billet fuel rail to accept the threaded unions.
But, how to i seal these?
Plumbing thread tape isnt ideal and will corrode with contact of fuel.
Could i use locktite thread lock?

PTFE tape will not corrode.
Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

What type of fitting have tapped the rail to accept?
Tapered threads (npt, bspt) seal on the threads using ptfe tape or thread paste such as swak or a loctite type pipe sealant.
Most other fittings seal on the faces using copper or dowty washers or o rings.
Alternatively there may be a conical metal to metal seal such as JIC or BSP.
Just a few examples, but basically every fitting is designed to achieve a reliable seal if made up correctly.
So again what type of fitting/connection are you using?

PTFE tape is the standard reccommendation. I use the thicher "one wrap" gas tape and wrap it untill I can't see he threads.
I presume you are using tapered threads? BSP or NPT. If not you need a fitting with a shoulder and use a copper washer - but your tapping has to be
perfectly ay 90 degrees or it will leak.

^^^ thos look like standard 6 or 8 mm hose tails - you can buy them with tapered thread - ofcourse no use if you have tapped to some other size.
