Megasquirt now complete

Posted this on the Westfield forum, but thought it may be of interest here to........

I don't think there are to many CVH's Megasquirted out there, so may be of use :-):

Well, the hard part is now done!......Managed to finish off my Megasquirt install this weekend....Seems to be running really well, but I still have a load more tuning to do (with the Wideband).....

A big thanks to Ian (AKA fatbaldbloke) who has been very helpful during the install, and also Mike (fellow Westfield owner) who was a wizz with th initial start up / running map.......

Anyway, spec ang pics below:

Engine: 2ltr CVH, Ported Head, kent cvh27 cam, solid lifters (7000rpm red line), double springs.

Fuel: GSXR600 Throttle bodies, GSXR600 injectors, Spaced and attached via adaptors to the matched old weber inlet manifold.

ECU:Megasquirt II extra V3.57(surface mount) using EDIS ignition and Techedge wideband

Not quite :-) - I made up some drawings and sent them to Altiss engineering, they made them up for me, and at the same time, drilled my fuel rail to accept the GSXR injectors......

With hind sight, I could have just got some tubes welded onto the existing manifold :-)
