fuel tank

have found some reasonably priced fuel tanks at opb link:
http://www2.obp.uk.net/catalog/index.php?cPath=32_38&osCsid=cd251048b9268fe7465d5a5976f4adb6
is there anything wrong with having a mild steel tank rather then alloy as they are abit more "locost" and if i get the 3 gallon one would i be stopping to refuel all the time am running a r1or shall i get the 6.5 gallon. Anywhere else i can get a tank from at a good price too thanks adam

I asked obp 3 weeks ago for a quote on a one off tank. I emailed a drawing.
I got one email saying that they were busy and would contact me soon.
A week later they emailed again to ask what material (was written on my solidworks drawing/email anyway). I replied to that, now nearly two more weeks and no quote.
Looks like another victim of their own sucess?
Anyway, being done by A.N. Other now!
