I want it to be bigger

My garage that is, i have a single garage with room at the back for extention im thinking 4.6m wide by 5.6m long. Should i go for brick or some nice timber links would be nice.

i like the look of timber outside when its new but for long term brick would be better at least once its there no looking after it

Its the look i want as it will be visible from the conservatory and her in doors might not like the look of brick.

how about block and render be a lot cheaper and quicker
If its going to be a permanent garage and you need planning you will need full engineering drawings for it to be in timber !! but you dont in brick n block I've just fallen foul of this rule after buying all the timber for mine !!
